At Fitsa Foods Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering your meals and products safely, promptly, and in the best condition possible.

Serviceable Locations
Currently, we offer delivery services in Delhi NCR only. We are working to expand our reach and will update our customers as new service areas become available.

Delivery Days & Time Slots
Deliveries are made 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

Meals are typically delivered between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or on national/public holidays unless otherwise notified.

Order Processing Time
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed for next-day delivery.

Subscription plans are scheduled as per your selected delivery dates.

In rare cases of delay (weather, traffic, or other operational reasons), our team will notify you promptly.

Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for most meal subscription plans.

Any applicable delivery charges (if any) will be clearly communicated during checkout.

Delivery Partner
We use trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
Note: Once a delivery has been made to your designated location (e.g., gate/reception/security), Fitsa is not responsible for loss or theft.

Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

Our rider will attempt to contact you.

In case the meal cannot be delivered, it will be marked as delivered and will not be replaced or refunded.

Address Changes & Delivery Instructions
To update your delivery address or provide specific instructions, please contact us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
