Refund Policy – Fitsa Foods Pvt. Ltd.

At Fitsa Foods Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our meals and products, refunds are handled with care and specific conditions. Please read the policy below to understand when refunds are applicable.

1. Non-Refundable Orders
All confirmed orders are non-refundable, except under the specific circumstances mentioned below. As our meals are prepared fresh and made to order, we are unable to process refunds for:

Change of mind

Taste preferences

Minor variations in appearance, texture, or packaging

2. Refunds Are Eligible Only If:
Delivery is delayed by more than 8 hours beyond the promised time without prior notice.

You receive a wrong meal, damaged item, or a product unfit for consumption (must be reported within 4 hours of delivery, along with photo evidence).

The product ordered is unavailable or out of stock and cannot be replaced in time.

3. Refund Process
If your request meets the eligibility conditions:

Our team will review the request and notify you of the approval

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or Fitsa wallet (based on your preference).

4. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

You were unavailable to receive the delivery

Incorrect address or phone number provided

Delivery was refused at the doorstep

You raised a complaint after the allowed time window (4 hours post-delivery)

5. Subscription Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your meal subscription, please notify us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Refunds for remaining meals may be issued at our sole discretion, either as a wallet credit or partial refund.
